Returns
We want you to be completely happy every time you buy a plushie from us!
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with an item you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to issue a refund. No questions asked! You only have to pay the shipping back to us.
You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to return your item but you must first notify us of your intention to return, all or part of your order, quoting your order ID by emailing info@lushplushies.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Good's must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging, with tags still attached and any extra's that are included (e.g. dust bags, certificates.) Any promotional item or free gifts that were sent as part of the order must also be returned.
How to Return Orders?
We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility.

If goods are being returned due to a fault with the product, please contact us
to confirm the appropriate returns process and shipping method.
If you don't return the entire order which used free delivery, we’ll deduct the delivery cost from the refund amount.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
