How much is UK delivery?

How long does delivery take?

This all depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 working days, our express service offers delivery within 1-2 working days.

What happens after ordering?

You will receive a confirmation email that your order is in processing. Once it has been picked and dispatched you will receive an email stating the your order has been dispatched and completed. Please check your Junk folder, as sometimes your email system may automatically file the email there.

I haven't received a confirmation order.

A confirmation order will be sent to the given email address when you placed the order. Please check your Junk folder, as sometimes your email system may automatically file the email there. Otherwise there may have been an error in the email address given. Some email addresses although valid may be reported as spam in our spam filter. Either way please contact us and we will be delighted to assist.

I want to cancel my order, how can I do this?

If you order has not been shipped yet please contact info@lushplushies.com to cancel your order.

Do Jellycat's come with dust bags?

Unfortunately no, Jellycat do not supply us with the official jellycat dust/gift bags, as these can only be purchased directly from them.

My item has arrived and it's damaged or faulty, what can I do?

If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@lushplushies.com and let us know what’s happened. We’ll then let you know what to do to resolve the issue. Please provide the order number and details regarding nature of the issue.

Promotional codes.

Sometimes we will offer new customers promotional codes – these promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new customer order placed via the website.

The discount code is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, unless otherwise stated.
